Objective
To provide outstanding customer service, solutions to problem and grow business at the Julius A. Rose, Inc. Independent Insurance Agency. (Personal &/ Commercial Insurance Lines.)

The ideal person will be an enthusiastic team player. Someone that loves to help others, finds gaps/problems and provides solutions. This person is patient and persistent with previous customer service and insurance experience.
​
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-
Proactively provides solutions by answering customers and coworkers questions and concerns via telephone and in-person.

Partners to search for the best insurance options available (both initially and upon renewal) and cross sells product lines.

Analyzes risks and underwrites new and renewal insurance applications/policies for acceptance, rejection, or modification; completing required paperwork and invoicing. (Primarily responsible for Personal Lines.)

Accurately maintains, retrieves & provides records by filing policies and endorsements.

Seeks out industry-related education, stays up-to-date with job knowledge & reads technical publications and shares learnings with colleagues.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements
Candidate preferably has a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance License and/or direct Insurance Agency/Company Experience.
​
Experience

Candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of providing outstanding customer service

Candidate must demonstrate outstanding communication, reliability and computer/tech savvy skill sets
-
Candidate must be available Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)

Candidate must be able to work at our office located in a beautiful new building at 194 Broadway Bayonne, NJ 07002; near the Bergen Point Light Rail Station, on Broadway.
